I guess my favorite type of art would have to be the kind I put on My refrigerator. Now one of my favorite painters is Jim Booth -- He paints pictures of around the Charleston Area.

I went to an OCSC meeting the other night where they paid for dinner..So I guess it was then.

umm about a 5...sometimes I'm EXTREMELY emotional...other times..not so much.

OH gosh...some days it seems like its for-flippin-EVER. I do a lot of volunteer stuff around the community so I get a lot in my email box.

err...we don't have a thermostat we have heater things..so it's usually on 3...

I'm so L.O.N.E.L.Y

I love the military life...seriously I do, but..All my friends are leaving me this next month...EVERY FLIPPIN ONE OF THEM. How the flip can they do this to me?? Who am I going to gossip with??? go to lunch or dinner with??

I'm going to be one lonely bugger here. I know I know..put myself out there and find new friends but it's really hard at this base...everyone around here is clicked and the people in Steven's peer group generally have no kids, so for us to go somewhere we'd have to find a babysitter and well need I remind anyone how expensive that is??? Heck Katherine..the fruit of my very own loins...charges me $3. an hour and REMINDS me of how cheap she is and how very nice she is to be doing this for me...(Extortionist!!!!!)

I do alot around the base, but I feel the people I come into contact with aren't 'real' friends...

I'm so depressed right now..It hit me at the Air Force Ball on Saturday night when I was looking around and seeing all the people with their friends, taking pictures, dancing, having fun and I had NOONE...NOONE wanted to take a picture with me...noone wanted me to dance with them...NOONE..

Ahhh sigh....

OK enough bitching...Who needs friends anyway???

So, last night I asked Steven if he wanted to see what I was wearing to the Air Force Ball and of course he said yes...


I came out in a little lingerie dress thingie..he hmmmm'ed and hawed...and well just kept going..um um um um um uum um um um um um

I let it go for about 5 minutes until I told him I was messing and showed him my real dress.

He didn't think it was quite as funny as I did...

Well, my bloggy friends...(and family...) Steven came home on Saturday evening to great fanfare..(ok just us and a couple of friends..)WE had a great first night(well except for his ability to make me feel like I haven't done ANYTHING at all all summer)

It's hard to get used to him being here...(the poor kitties had to give up their section of the bed...poor poor babies. )

He wants to take over and discipline the kids...make changes to what I've done, change things...

and NOT LET ME NAP...seriously what is wrong with that picture...

he say's "I've been off fighting the war...blah blah blah"

I say..."Hello, have you met your kids???"


We have 3 kids who I've nicknamed:

Bitchy, Whiny and he who gets into EVERYTHING....

Well, I'm just happy he's home. :D...I did miss him...I mean now they still outnumber us..but I'm up one more!!!

First Day of school

Look who went for her FIRST DAY of school this morning...She was OK leaving ....really wanted to be there..

The house was sooo quiet this morning...Connor actually took a NAP!!!!

Yes a Nap...and you know what that means....that's right my friends...Becky took a nap too...

When I went to get her she told me she didn't want to go back because they wouldn't let her take her school supplies home....I told her well she would have some supplies at home she could use also....

Labor Day ....

Yes, my friends its the day that we clean....ok maybe not you...

Some of you lucky people are at home enjoying a LOVERLY Barbeque...or well a party...while my kids..(you know bad bad mommy) are CLEANING.

Well, that's what you get when you can't keep anything CLEAN for 24 frickin hours. I swear these little people leave EVERYTHING out.
